Requirements
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Understanding of content development life cycles and processes
- 4+ years of technical communication experience
- Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA) or another XML-based structured authoring architecture experience
- Experience planning, creating, and delivering documentation in a fast-paced software environment
- Ability to mentor other writers and collaborate effectively
- Experience authoring in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to demonstrate leadership by mentoring and adapting quickly
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and help diverse teams
