Requirements
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes
- Understanding of content development life cycles
- Experience authoring in the Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA) or another XML-based structured authoring architecture
- Experience independently planning, creating, and delivering documentation in a fast-paced software environment
- Ability to mentor and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow product ecosystem
