Senior Technical Writer

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to collaborate with engineering and product management on user-focused documentation. The role involves creating, maintaining, and evolving content in alignment with an established content strategy. The ideal candidate will understand the ServiceNow product ecosystem and write for a fast-paced, globally distributed software development environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years work experience in technical communication
• Understanding of content development life cycles and processes
• Writing in the Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA) or another XML-based structured authoring architecture
• Ability to mentor other writers and collaborate effectively
