Senior Telecommunications Analyst

The Senior Telecommunications Analyst is responsible for developing innovative, efficient, and actionable technology solutions, collaborating with engineers to translate customer needs into use cases and high-level requirements, and ensuring products are delivered on time, under budget, and with successful deployment. The role requires coordinating and performing global telecommunications moves, adds and changes, and maintaining, creating new telecom processes, and evaluating existing telecom processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in similar functions
• Student or graduate in Engineer or bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science
• Advanced English level
• Proficiency handling Office packages (Word and Excel), project applications and ticket applications such as ServiceNow
• Excellent priority management, multitasking with a focus on Agile methodologies
