Manager, ServiceNow

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a ServiceNow Manager to design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions, primarily focused on data science and AI. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and delivering solutions that meet those needs, ensuring compliance with SLAs. The manager will focus on maintaining existing applications and troubleshooting issues, while also utilizing ServiceNow's reporting and analytics modules to drive business insights.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 2-3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is a plus
• Experience with ServiceNow Integration protocols (REST, SOAP, LDAP, JDBC)
• Experience with ServiceNow Event Management configuration and administration
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
