Senior Training Manager

We are seeking a Senior Training Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of a training program for a global Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) food cataloging and ordering application being developed on ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a DLA Common Access Card (CAC)
• Bachelor’s degree and up to three (3) years of relevant experience, or Five (5) years of relevant training, logistics, supply chain, or system deployment experience
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing training programs for ServiceNow/enterprise applications
• Knowledge of training evaluation methodologies and measurement of training effectiveness
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS), curriculum development, and training documentation
• Familiarity with DoD logistics, cataloging, food service operations, or supply chain systems highly desirable
• Experience coordinating global or large-scale training deployments preferred
• Ability and willingness to travel to support in-person events, as requested by DLA
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Experience working in client facing roles and able to communicate independently
