Senior Transition Manager

As an IT Senior Transition Manager, you will manage different service transition projects in NTT DATA, working closely with stakeholders across the service provider and customer. The role involves transitioning services from one operating entity to another, managing project documents, and ensuring project completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT/ Finance / Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in IT project and transition management
• Experience in the management and implementation of customer-specific IT projects and applications/systems
• ITIL Service Transition, PRINCE2 or PMP certification represents an advantage
• Digital transition tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, ServiceNow)
• AI/automation awareness related to transition optimization
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skills
• Logical and structured approach to problem-solving
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution
• Proven track record of managing mission-critical projects in fast-paced environments
• Organisational Change Management and cultural integration as part of transition responsibilities
• Availability for business trips
• Excellent command of both spoken and written German and English
