We are seeking an experienced UX Expert to join our growing team and play a key role in enhancing the user experience of our products and services in the Global Business Service such as logistics, finance, or HR sectors.
Requirements
- Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and behaviors
- Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX solutions
- Communicate design concepts and user insights to stakeholders
- Plan and execute usability testing and A/B testing
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders
