Requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, adding this information to demands in ServiceNow, and creating appropriate issues in Jira.
- Perform analysis of ServiceNow data, Jira data, or other types of data, to help management understand the causes of problems and potential risks.
- Work with Product Managers to make recommendations for solutions to ServiceNow issues and risks.
- Perform ServiceNow platform business process activities.
- Create/update documentation for ServiceNow platform business processes.
- Create/update technical documentation describing ServiceNow APIs and other platform services.
- Conduct design reviews or other meetings and document the outcomes; follow-up with stakeholder on open actions.
- Develop reports to track ServiceNow operational performance.
- Develop and implement data quality improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate and update ServiceNow content (Services, Knowledge Articles, etc.)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
