Requirements

  • Strong working proficiency in both German and English (minimum B2 level)
  • Experience with customer facing management activities (sales, product management, etc.)
  • Knowledge of ITIL and Agile concepts and process management
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Understanding of legal terminology
  • Experience working in multicultural and international environments
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager
