An exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Specialist to join the infrastructure team in Group Technology, supporting and governing service delivery processes through the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years’ IT service delivery management experience in a complex IT infrastructure, large corporate environment
- Experienced using ServiceNow Change/Incident/Problem/Request
- 3 years ITIL experience. Foundations certificate (desirable)
- Advancing data analysis, problem solving and reporting skills
- Intermediate PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI skills
- Basic understanding of network technologies (desirable)
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in anticipating, owning and resolving customer issues, including implementing continual service improvements
