An exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Specialist to join the infrastructure team in Group Technology, supporting and governing service delivery processes through the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years’ IT service delivery management experience in a complex IT infrastructure, large corporate environment
  • Experienced using ServiceNow Change/Incident/Problem/Request
  • 3 years ITIL experience. Foundations certificate (desirable)
  • Advancing data analysis, problem solving and reporting skills
  • Intermediate PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI skills
  • Basic understanding of network technologies (desirable)
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in anticipating, owning and resolving customer issues, including implementing continual service improvements
