Softtek is seeking a Service Desk Agent to provide first-level IT support. The role involves troubleshooting, resolving user issues, and maintaining accurate records in ServiceNow. The company is a global provider of process-driven IT solutions with operations in 30 countries.

Requirements

  • Proficient in supporting Windows OS and desktop environments
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of SAP GUI and user access issues
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
  • Remote support tools usage (e.g., RDP, AnyDesk, TeamViewer)
  • High sense of urgency and proactiveness
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration
  • Good English communication skills (must be familiar with U.S. accents)
  • Customer care and service-oriented attitude

Requirements Summary

Proficient in Windows & MS Office; Service/IT experience; ServiceNow knowledge preferred; strong English communication
