Customer Service & Level 1 Support Specialist, 1+ year experience in Workforce Management (WFM) with scheduling, performance tracking, and reporting experience, advanced Excel skills, and strong knowledge of Windows 10 environment.

Requirements

  • 1+ year in Workforce Management (WFM), preferably in contact centers with at least 12 employees.
  • Hands-on experience with WFM software (scheduling, performance tracking, reporting).
  • Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, graphing, macros).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 environment.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools (Remedy, HP Service Manager, ServiceNow).
  • Solid understanding of ITIL framework (Incident, Service Request, Problem, Change Management).
