The Service Desk Agent Senior will provide technical support for Windows desktop environments and Microsoft 365 tools, assist users with SAP GUI and access issues, and manage tickets using ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Proficient in supporting Windows OS and desktop environments
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of SAP GUI and user access issues
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Experience using remote support tools (e.g., RDP, AnyDesk, TeamViewer)
- High sense of urgency and proactiveness
- Strong teamwork and collaboration
- Good English communication skills, familiar with U.S. accents
- Customer care and service-oriented attitude
- Patience and clear articulation when guiding users
