NTT DATA is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide end-user support via phone, email, chat, and walk-up, focusing on PC/Mac hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. This role requires in-depth knowledge of operating systems and IT administration, and is pivotal for customer satisfaction and overall satisfaction through support quality. The analyst is the main point of contact for IT issues and will manage customer requests through ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of documented IT Service experience.
- Minimum 1 year of progressive experience in Information Technology (Service Desk Support, System Administration, Hardware/Software troubleshooting).
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience (Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM).
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust (IT Certification, equivalent).
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
