Specsavers is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to deliver IT support to shops and colleagues throughout Norway. The role involves providing first and second-line technical assistance, resolving problems with hardware and software, and contributing to projects like knowledge sharing and KPI improvement. This position is a key part of a customer-facing team and offers professional development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience with fault-finding of hardware and software.
  • Knowledge of tools for service management (ServiceNow is an advantage).
  • Experience with remote tools for diagnosis (e.g. TeamViewer, VNC).
  • Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English.
  • Proactive work ethic and ability to work independently and in a team.
