Requirements
- Experience with fault-finding of hardware and software.
- Knowledge of tools for service management (ServiceNow is an advantage).
- Experience with remote tools for diagnosis (e.g. TeamViewer, VNC).
- Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English.
- Proactive work ethic and ability to work independently and in a team.
