Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Service Desk Lead – ITSM & Knowledge Management to manage the Service Desk team, knowledge management database, and related support for their IT team. The role involves supporting work-related queries, troubleshooting issues on M365 and other IT platforms, and contributing to the ServiceNow implementation. The company operates in the testing and diagnostic of biological substances and products, as well as providing analytical testing services.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Service Desk agent function and proven experience in Service Desk managerial role.
  • Basic understanding of Azure Cloud and M365.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Very good command of English written and spoken.
  • Can do approach and capability to work in a dynamically changing environment.
  • Service Now knowledge
  • ITIL Foundation certificate
  • AWS Cloud knowledge

Requirements Summary

5+ years Service Desk exp., solid Azure Cloud/M365 skills, & strong English proficiency. Good communication & interpersonal skills are needed
