Hyperscaler Program Director

ServiceNow is seeking a Hyperscaler Program Director to lead strategic initiatives across AWS, Azure, and GCP partners. The role focuses on scaling ServiceNow's Hyperscaler motion, optimizing program execution, and enabling commercial success through operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be strategic, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and be familiar with project management methodologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years in GTM operations, strategic program management, or business transformation in enterprise SaaS
• Proven experience leading hyperscaler or cloud transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of regulated markets, data center strategy, and partner ecosystems
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
• Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration
• Experience with project management software and tools
