The Service Now CMDB Admin is responsible for configuring and managing CMDB classes, relationships, and attributes, as well as implementing and monitoring CMDB health dashboards and reporting for data quality and compliance.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB administration
- Familiarity with Discovery tools, integration processes, and data certification workflows
- Proficiency in creating and interpreting CMDB dashboards and KPIs
