We are seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Admin to configure and manage CMDB classes, relationships, and attributes, and to oversee Discovery integrations and manage Discovery Schedules.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB administration
- Familiarity with Discovery tools, integration processes, and data certification workflows
- Proficiency in creating and interpreting CMDB dashboards and KPIs
- Knowledge of CMDB governance best practices and ITIL principles
- Problem-solving skills to address common pain points and drive continuous improvement
