Service Now Developer

ServiceNow Developer needed to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a primary focus on the ITSM and Request modules to streamline and optimize IT service management processes.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 Years of experience in ServiceNow and its ITSM and Request modules
• Proficient in JavaScript development and experienced with ServiceNow's CMDB
• Proficiency in scripting and automation frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
• Experience with IT service management protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP)
• Familiarity with IT hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for integrating and automating IT services within ServiceNow
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex ITSM issues within ServiceNow
• Strong analytical skills to interpret ITSM performance data and identify optimization opportunities within ServiceNow
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information clearly
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
