Piramal Group is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in pharmaceutical or life sciences workflows. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing enterprise applications, managing IT service management modules, and collaborating with various teams to ensure solutions meet rigorous regulatory standards. Candidates should have 6-10 years of ServiceNow development experience, preferably in a GxP-regulated environment.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP Web Services, HTML/CSS.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Service Portal, Scoped Applications, and Custom Tables.
- Good understanding of CMDB design, Discovery, and Event Management (if applicable).
- Proven experience in implementing and maintaining custom integrations.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrade cycles, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ATF (Automated Test Framework), Performance Analytics, and Virtual Agent is a plus.
