As a ServiceNow Developer, Mid, you will work with multiple teams to incorporate, support, and ensure the accuracy of client computing environments ServiceNow CMDB discovery process, building and maintaining the configuration management inventory, creating self-service support articles, and ensuring exceptional service at every customer interaction point.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow development
  • 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation and integration
  • Experience in developing with web technologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with front-end frameworks, including React or Angular
  • Experience in developing interactive web applications with TypeScript or JavaScript
  • Experience with SQL syntax and queries and API development
  • Experience with Linux Operating Systems, Amazon Web Services, scripting languages, and managing code using repositories
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to obtain DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Certification within 30 days of start date
  • Experience with UI or UX design
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and participating in the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and management
  • ServiceNow Certified System Admin (CSA) Certification
