Waste Management is seeking a Service Now-HRSD Technical Lead to support the ServiceNow HRSD application within the Human Resource Organization. This role involves technical support, vendor coordination, application development, and data integrity management. The successful candidate will contribute to the company's Digital/vendor support and drive the implementation of new software solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) and 4 years relevant work experience
- Experience with ServiceNow HRSD (10+ years)
- Six years of ServiceNow Architect Certification preferred
- Database query skills
- Experience with requirements evaluation and development
