We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management.
Requirements
- Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and IT Asset Management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using Integration Hub.
- Automate repetitive tasks and processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and other team members.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in ServiceNow development and automation.
Requirements Summary
