We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Consultant/Senior Consultant to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders, configuring applications, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform. Experience with SRE, SPM, HAM, or SAM modules is preferred.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions in ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve downtime.
- Develop and maintain documentation.
- Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
Requirements Summary
4+ years ServiceNow experience, hands-on in SRE/SPM/HAM/SAM. Scripting & ITSM/ITOM concepts req. Strong problem-solving & communication skills
