ServiceNow is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Consultant/Senior Consultant specializing in SRE, SPM, or HAM. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring optimal platform operation and maintenance. The position requires strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Strong experience (4+ years) in ServiceNow platform development and administration.
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following modules: SRE, SPM, HAM, SAM.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Jelly), REST/SOAP integrations, workflows, and UI policies.
- Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and IT asset management concepts.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
