We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Consultant/Senior Consultant to design, develop, and implement customized ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, configure applications, support integrations with other ITSM tools, and provide system administration, training, and documentation.
Requirements
- Strong experience (4+ years) in ServiceNow platform development and administration.
- Hands-on experience in any one or more of the following modules: SRE, SPM, HAM, SAM.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Jelly), REST/SOAP integrations, workflows, and UI policies.
- Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and IT asset management concepts.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrade and patching processes.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
