Requirements
- IT education or study of business informatics
- First experiences in the IT Service Management environment
- ITIL Foundation certification (desirable)
- Very good German and English skills
- Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (desirable)
- High motivation, innovative and solution-oriented ideas, professional appearance, good communication and presentation skills, as well as organizational skills
