This Service Project Coordinator will coordinate Preventative Maintenance cases for Customer Care contracts, ensuring timely closure and accurate communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves case review, communication, and documentation, with a focus on administrative support and client interaction.
Requirements
- Review Preventative Maintenance Visit (PMV) cases.
- Update work orders with templates and dispatch details.
- Communicate with internal and vendor for dispatching.
- Schedule dispatches via ServiceNow or WorkMarket.
- Assess case risks and issue solutions.
- Escalate risks to Management.
- Document and notify team members of changes.
- Provide administrative support.
Requirements Summary
HS diploma/equivalent & 1-year PM experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills required. Computer proficiency in MS Office is a must
