The Service Project Coordinator will coordinate Preventative Maintenance cases, update work orders, communicate with clients and internal teams, and provide administrative support for scheduling and case closure. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Review Preventative Maintenance Visit (PMV) cases.
  • Update established work orders.
  • Client communication (phone and email).
  • Internal and vendor communication.
  • Scheduling of dispatches via ServiceNow or WorkMarket.
  • Case risks and issue assessment and mitigation.
  • Documentation maintenance.
  • Administrative support.
  • Phone support for inquiries.
  • PMV Scheduling Microsoft email monitoring.
  • Feedback & communication.

Requirements Summary
