DMI, a leading provider of digital services, is seeking a Service Request Specialist to provide end-user support for their managed services operation. This role involves submitting requests, resolving tickets, and cross-training in the Contact Center team. The position requires a highly organized individual with a focus on security clearance clearance.
Requirements
- Submit MACD requests (moves, adds, changes, and disconnects).
- Submit vendors orders to request equipment on behalf of DMI customers.
- Update systems assets.
- Assist with activation of mobile phones.
- Monitor vendor responses to resolve tickets.
- Oversee the organization of our ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Assist other teams with overflow work.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Ability to work overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Multitasking skills and ability to keep up in a fast-paced work environment.
