The Service Transition Specialist for IT Processes & Quality is a role focused on supporting the execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the service transition process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4-5 years in IT operations, process management, or quality assurance roles.
- Good understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and agile methods.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good understanding of IT process and quality management principles.
- Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and IT Service Management software (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills both in English and Hungarian
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and prioritize tasks effectively.
