We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Engineer to join our organization, focusing on managing the full lifecycle of ITSM applications under the influence of Production Support. This role involves optimizing the application for value delivery, developing enhancements, and managing future implementations. The engineer will collaborate with solution architects and lead development projects within the ITBM and ITSM modules.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and experience in IT Service Management and IT Business Management.
- Experience with ITBM and ITSM suites, CMDB, and Discovery solutions.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITBM and ITSM suites.
- Experience in application development, standards & DevOps.
- Strong business relationship management and project management skills.
Requirements Summary
Strong ITSM experience, ServiceNow knowledge, and analytical skills. Experience with process development and project management is essential. ITIL Foundations certification is preferred
