Developing, configuring, testing, deploying and maintaining ServiceNow for at least 5 years, with a focus on Request Management, Request Fulfilment, and Service Catalog management. Experience with Agile and DevOps Way of Working, basic knowledge of Javascript, and a DevOps and continuous improvement mindset.
Requirements
- Working with ServiceNow for at least 5 years
- Developing, configuring, testing, deploying and maintaining ServiceNow
- Working with Request Management / Request Fulfilment / Service Catalog management
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certificate
- Significant experience in building and improving complex API’s
- ServiceNow certification (CIS-ITSM and Service Portal)
- Experience with one of the ServiceNow applications: ITSM
- Experienced in Agile and DevOps Way of Working
- Basic knowledge of Javascript
