NTT DATA is seeking a ServiceNow - Technical Consultant / Senior to lead and deliver complex ServiceNow implementations and solutions. The role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for digital transformation. The successful candidate will lead design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across various ITOM and ITAM domains.
Requirements
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
- Focus on Software Asset Management (ITAM), Device Management (ITOM) and Service Mapping (ITAM)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and architect scalable solutions.
- Provide technical leadership to junior consultants and developers.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems.
- Conduct code reviews and performance tuning.
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases.
- Support pre-sales activities.
