IAA Holdings, LLC (IAA) is seeking a ServiceNow Admin to oversee the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within the organization. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow capabilities aligned with business needs. Deep technical expertise and strong leadership skills are required.

Requirements

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and automation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security policies, and compliance standards.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow configurations, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts.
• Oversee and participate in ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and system maintenance activities.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and enterprise systems as needed.
• Establish and enforce governance, standards, and best practices for ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and new features, assessing their impact and potential adoption.
