We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator with at least 3 years of experience to work in our Noida, India office on a hybrid schedule - 3 days in the office and 2 remote. The person will maintain and enhance our ServiceNow platform through configuration, customization and user support.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
- ITIL certification and ServiceNow Administrator certification are highly desirable
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
