Beyond Finance is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator to support their growth by managing the platform lifecycle, driving migration, championing adoption, and ensuring successful platform utilization. The role involves hands-on configuration, strategic leadership, and stakeholder engagement. It is a dynamic, fast-paced role in a semi-autonomous environment.

Requirements

  • Own and manage the full ServiceNow platform lifecycle, including upgrades and maintenance.
  • Drive migration to ServiceNow, ensuring a smooth and structured transition with no service disruption.
  • Champion ServiceNow across teams, deliver training and support to ensure successful adoption.
  • Design, configure and build core modules (incident, problem, change, CMDB, service catalog etc.)
  • Create robust workflows, routing and business rules tailored to business needs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to extend and optimize use of platform across the organization.
  • Ensure configurations follow ITIL best practices, governance and compliance standards.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and access controls within ServiceNow.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
  • Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow processes and configurations.

Requirements Summary
