Requirements
- ServiceNow certification is preferred
- Significant experience working with ServiceNow, with expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) or IT Operations Management (ITOM) configuration
- Strong experience in workflow design, service catalog management, and user entitlements within ServiceNow
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining automation scripts to improve platform efficiency
