Requirements

• Configure, Manage, and Maintain ServiceNow platforms (Prod, Test, Dev)
• Ensure ServiceNow Platform Security and Patching
• Monitor and maintain ServiceNow Instance Health and Performance
• Work with Security, Compliance, and Data teams to ensure ServiceNow policies are met
• Manage Incidents and Operational Defect Operations
• Configure integration of ServiceNow with other applications and technologies
