GDH is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to contribute to the strategic direction and design of their Enterprise Service Centre. This role involves administering and developing the ServiceNow platform, working with a collaborative team to drive change. The position requires expertise in ITIL, ITSM, and CMDB, along with a focus on Agile development methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Strong ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Integrations background
- Demonstrated experience in Portal development with solid JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills
- Experience in developing and implementing systems, processes, and procedures
