Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Strong ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Integrations background
- Demonstrated experience in Portal development with solid JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills
- Experience in developing and implementing systems, processes, and procedures
