ServiceNow Administrator / Developer responsible for ensuring ServiceNow Platform is running smoothly, working on assigned epics/stories/tickets in Jira/ServiceNow, and maintaining, developing, and enhancing ITSM environment.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge on ServiceNow Platform Administration
- Provide overall support, administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and ServiceNow applications
- Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications
- Install and maintenance of the mid server
- Functional knowledge of ITSM processes such as incidents, problem and change
- Understanding of agile concepts
