The ServiceNow Platform Administrator & Developer should be knowledgeable in ServiceNow Best practices, to fill a critical role. The core focus of this role is ServiceNow Administration that will work closely with Multiple Tenants and various Integration Squads.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge on ServiceNow Platform Administration.
- Provide overall support, administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM etc.
- Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications; coordinates application and platform patching and upgrades
