ServiceNow Administrator / Developer job description at ANZ. The role requires knowledge of ServiceNow Best practices and experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration. The successful candidate will work on the assigned epics/stories/tickets in Jira/ServiceNow and resolve it within SLA, and will also be responsible for providing overall support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and its applications.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge on ServiceNow Platform Administration
- Maintains, Develop and Enhances ITSM environment including Incident, Request, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, Service Portals, SLAs, Discovery, and Integrations.
- Participates in the implementation and configuration of other ServiceNow products outside of ITSM to increase the adoption of the ServiceNow platform.
- Responsible for performing daily administration, issue resolution, and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform.
- Monitors health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
- Self-starter with ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
- Team player, ability to work independently and in a team as well, ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, commitment towards learning
