NTT DATA is seeking a ServiceNow Alliances Senior Director to lead the ServiceNow Alliance, build strategic partnerships, and drive business growth. This role involves managing the partner program, leading sales, and ensuring successful technology partnerships. Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years in alliance/partner management; direct ServiceNow partnership experience preferred.
- Thorough understanding of ServiceNow partner programs.
- Experience enabling ServiceNow partner strategy.
- Skilled program management skills.
- Experience navigating matrixed teams in a large enterprise organization.
- Experience with sales or alliance operational software platforms (SFDC, Dynamics, WorkSpan).
- Bachelor’s degree with master’s degree preferred.
