Requirements
- US Citizenship
- Active DoD Security Clearance
- BA/BS Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline
- At least five (5+) years of relevant experience in business analysis, system analysis, or ServiceNow support
- IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP)
- ServiceNow Certification (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist)
- ITIL v4 certified
