ServiceNow Analyst (S&O and Security)

This role involves analyzing requirements for ServiceNow, focusing on Security aspects like Vulnerability Response and Security Incident response. The analyst will also collaborate with various teams to ensure a successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including strong communication, documentation, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or comparable studies
• 2-4 years of experience in Requirement Analyses
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Good to have ServiceNow Admin Cert
• Good to have knowledge of Modules - Vulnerability Response, Security Incident response & Threat intelligence
• Good to have knowledge – GRC & Security Operations Center
• Understanding of REST and SNOW Integration
• Good to have knowledge of Service Portal & Workspaces
