We are seeking a ServiceNow Analyst with 2-4 years of experience in Requirement Analyses to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, problem-solving aptitude, and excellent documentation and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or comparable studies
- 2-4 years of experience in Requirement Analyses
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- ServiceNow Admin Cert, CIS – VR, CIS – SIR certification (good to have)
- Knowledge of Modules - Vulnerability Response, Security Incident response & Threat intelligence
- Understanding of basics of REST and SNOW Integration
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
