We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Application Developer to support and implement ServiceNow solutions, design, build, and customize platform applications, and lead a geographically distributed team of ServiceNow developers and administrators.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in professional software development.
- 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITAM, ITBM, and Service Catalog.
- Proficiency in scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Glide API) and building custom workflows and integrations.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes within an ITIL framework.
- Strong requirements gathering and refining experience.
- Certifications in ServiceNow, ITIL, or other related fields (Preferred).
