Chevron is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to establish a vision for the product area, ensure quality technical delivery, and drive modernization. The role involves providing technical solutions and guidance on ServiceNow CMDB, ITAM, and Service Mapping. Collaboration with product management and other architects is key to ensuring overall architecture alignment.
Requirements
- Understanding of ServiceNow, ITSM processes, and the CSDM model.
- Flow Designer, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and Catalog Development/Deployment experience.
- API testing, deployment, and integration skills.
- Knowledge of Azure fundamentals and Azure DevOps.
- Experience coordinating with multiple product teams.
