As a ServiceNow Architect, you will design and implement Enterprise level ServiceNow systems, solutions, and tools across the Platform for DoD or Federal organizations. You will lead the development of ServiceNow applications and solutions to implement system stakeholder requirements. You will be a trusted advisor to DoD customers to understand their mission, current architecture and priorities, and security requirements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with architecting, designing, and implementing Enterprise level ServiceNow systems, solutions, and tools across the Platform for DoD or Federal organizations
- 7+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across platform applications including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom applications
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certifications, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Mgt, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, or HRSD and ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Technical Architect (CTA) certification
