Requirements
- Implement and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, etc.)
- Develop and customize solutions using JavaScript and Glide API
- Manage integrations with external systems (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
- Design scalable and maintainable ServiceNow architectures
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide guidance on platform governance and optimization
Requirements Summary
Master's degree in Computer Science. 3-5+ years of ServiceNow experience. Strong technical skills in ITSM/CMDB & API proficiency
