We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect with a strong background in financial services. The role involves leading the design and implementation of ITAM, ITOM, and Certificate Lifecycle Management solutions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and security standards. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Requirements
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform, especially ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB).
- Ability to architect solutions using Cloud Management, Orchestration, and CMDB frameworks.
- Experience with scripting technologies (JavaScript, Python, PowerShell) and integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Understanding of cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructures and discovery.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their application within an enterprise environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- ServiceNow certifications in ITOM or CMDB are often required or preferred.
