ServiceNow Architect

This role requires an extensive IT professional with experience implementing projects within a large enterprise. The candidate will be proficient in configuring ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, HR, and SecOps, and have strong technical skills in ServiceNow and third-party integration. They will also be involved in requirements gathering, customization, documentation, and mentoring.

Requirements

• Extensive IT experience working within a large enterprise on implementation projects.
• Proficient in configuring ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, HR, and SecOps.
• Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow and third-party applications.
• Skilled in using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, Flow Designer, ServiceNow API, and Integration Hub.
• Participate in requirement-gathering sessions.
• Customize ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macros, CSS, HTML, and Jelly.
• Develop system documentation.
• Oversee upgrade cycles.
• Drive continuous improvement.
