- Extensive IT experience working within a large enterprise on implementation projects.
- Proficient in configuring ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, HR, and SecOps.
- Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow and third-party applications.
- Skilled in using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, Flow Designer, ServiceNow API, and Integration Hub.
- Participate in requirement-gathering sessions.
- Customize ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macros, CSS, HTML, and Jelly.
- Develop system documentation.
- Oversee upgrade cycles.
- Drive continuous improvement.
